Senior Account Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen within JMC Aviation, the world’s leading Aviation Engineering, Training & recruitment business. We are now looking for a talented individual to join our team!
     
The Senior Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for JMC in relation to recruitment and the account.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the assigned Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers/ Global Team to ensure a smooth flow of candidates for open requirements ( Contractor & GEW )
  • Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels to ensure smooth running of the Key Account
  • Work in conjunction with the client’s agency liaison manager
  • Working closely with JMC Directors/Management to present performance against Service Level Agreement to key stakeholders
  • Monitor performance against the agreed Service Level Agreement
  • Manage, support & administer agreed IR35 processes
  • Providing solutions to forthcoming challenges and evolving the service
  • Conduct JMC contractor/ GEW inductions ( Site specific )
  • Manage the attendance of all JMC contract personnel in conjunction with client resource co-ordinator 
  • Monitor GEW Annual leave requests, sickness and unauthorised absences on Breathe, this will including performing return to work forms.
  • Liaise with client resource co-ordinator regarding manpower requirements and related issues
  • Responsible for distribution of JMC work wear and ensuring that competitor clothing is not worn ( Contractor & GEW )
  • Help with contractor/ GEW queries that are raised
  • Ensure company compliancy is enforced in conjunction with JMC Administration Team
  • Liaise with client compliance department ensuring that all contractors/ GEW’s are fully compliant with all related quality assurance requirements
  • Assist with all contractor/ GEW on-site audits when applicable
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client resource co-ordinator to manage any contractor / GEW requirements
  • Liaise with client resource co-ordinator to manage new starters into the facility (Contractor & GEW)
  • Provide client resource co-ordinator with foresight of contractor/GEW availability
  • Divide time between other client sites and JMC office as necessary providing a visual presence at all times
  • Flexibility to meet client day/night varying shift patterns and liaison with contractors/GEW as appropriate
  • Manage client technical link contact to ensure that required tasks are undertaken efficiently and as appropriate
  • Conducting JMC Worker Performance Assessments on GEW’s ( monthly/ 3 monthly ) and uploading these to ELMS, these will need to be kept up to date at all times.
  • Up selling further Group services when an opportunity is present i.e. Training, Fuel Tank, Fixed Price Solutions & ELMS
  • Processing Timesheets ( Site specific )/ assisting with MTR
  • Keeping GEW Weekly Registers/ Staff Lists
  • Running through GEW Induction Checklist ( See Form )
  • Monthly checks of JMC GEW Tool Boxes and add the ELMS, these will need to be kept up to date at all times.
  • Monitor the GEW’s uploading of Tasks on a daily/ weekly basis
  • Arranging Accomodation for GEW’s
  • Meeting GEW’s when they arrive in Country/ take them to accom
  • Assist GEW’s in obtaining BRP from designated Post Office
  • Assist the Recruitment Team in recruitment on down time
  • Learn and adhere to JMC UKVI processes/ GEW Manager Handbook
  • Perform Right to Work Checks
  • Conduct GEW Exit Interviews when leaving the Business
  • Other duties as directed by Line Manager
  • Crisis Management – Involve yourself in aiding clients throughout situations that arise in the hanger. Offer assist, provide solutions where possible and be a reliable presence in the hanger
  • Problem solve and offer solutions for other departments within JMC, Payroll, ELMS, Global team, Fixed price
  • Offer assist in client competency and contractor integration
  • Aid in Contractor focused quality investigation

  • Work and adhere to agreed client policies and procedures

Essential:

  • Must have business-use car insurance
  • Experience of building relationships with key stakeholders across multiple sites and regions
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and CRM software
  • Proactive self starter who is creative in developing solutions
  • Experience of managing recruitment services across a technical environment
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Presentation skills with the ability to manipulate data from a variety of sources
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Being able to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to organise and prioritise own work
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Flexibility within the role
  • Ability to convey information accurately, clearly and in a manner easily understood
  • Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems

Desirable:

  • Experience working within a busy environment (advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience working in an aviation environment (advantageous but not essential)
